Slovakia is home to an old, rich and diverse history of art culture. Artists are constantly on the rise, and one DJ in particular that we'd like to shed light on is Benedict Cartue. He is talent to keep an eye on the radar for.
He began DJ-ing a few years ago, after observing at a party how DJs impact an audience. He then proceeded to committing himself to learning all about DJ-ing and music writing, all the time while walking through the inspirational footsteps of big name artists. While he is still experimenting with new sounds, Benedict Cartue's style can be described as highly rhythmic, layered, and melodic.
He started to turn heads as he got his first EP appearance with KNA Records based all the way in the Big Apple (NYC). From there he's collaborated and released music on labels all around the world, while continuing to build his repertoire of live performances.
As he continues to develop, it's sure that Benedict Cartue will be seen performing for larger crowds as he pushes for more visibility with his passion. The man is unstoppable - he has new music releasing on May 28th by Peruvian based Digital Complex Records, all the while he's working on a new album already.
